Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using wewebworks.com (the "Site") or any services provided by WeWebWorks LLC ("WeWebWorks," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.
Services
WeWebWorks provides digital marketing services including website design and development, local SEO, Google Ads management, content marketing, review management, and lead generation for trades businesses. Specific service terms are outlined in individual client agreements or statements of work.
Use of the Site
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Use the Site to collect or harvest personal data about other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of WeWebWorks LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Content created for clients as part of a paid engagement (website copy, blog posts, ad creatives) transfers to the client upon full payment as outlined in the client agreement.
Client Accounts and Services
Service terms, deliverables, payment schedules, and cancellation policies for individual clients are governed by separate client agreements or statements of work signed at project initiation. In the absence of a separate agreement:
- Retainer services are month-to-month after an initial 90-day term
- Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month
Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms including Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. WeWebWorks is not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, pricing, or availability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WeWebWorks does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Marketing results (search rankings, leads, ad performance) depend on many factors outside our control including market competition, Google algorithm changes, and client responsiveness. We do not guarantee specific results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeWebWorks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to WeWebWorks in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeWebWorks LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
