Most of our projects begin with one of these.
Critical information lives in files that break, get copied, and drift out of date, and only one person really understands them.
Your CRM, accounting software, scheduling, and email each hold part of the picture, and your team is the glue between them.
Every re-entry costs time and invites mistakes: quotes, work orders, invoices, and follow-ups copied from place to place.
You pay for features you never use and work around the ones you need. The software dictates your process, not the other way around.
Without a shared source of truth, the office makes calls to find out what the field already knows.
You can’t see what is open, what is late, or what is profitable without someone pulling numbers by hand.
Pick one, or combine several that share the same data. The interfaces below are illustrative concepts.

A CRM that follows your sales and service process instead of forcing you into a template.
iPhone and Android apps for your team or your customers, connected to the same data as the office.
Remove repetitive manual work: routing, reminders, document creation, and status updates.
Connect the tools you already use so information moves on its own, subject to each platform’s API.
Secure browser-based apps and customer or employee portals available from any device.

A clear process with you involved at each stage.
We learn how your business actually runs: who does what, where time is lost, and what you want to be able to do. You get a clear recommendation, including what we would not build.
We plan the data, user roles, and integrations, and design screens your team will want to use on desktop and mobile. You review before we build.
We build in stages you can see and test, so feedback shapes the software while it is still easy to change.
We test, launch, move your data, and train your team, with a plan for the first weeks in real use.
We host, monitor, update, and improve what we build, and add features as your business grows.
We don’t resell a template. We learn how you work and build to fit.
We connect to your current tools where that makes sense instead of replacing everything.
No layers of account managers. You work directly with the team doing the work.
If a simpler fix or an existing product is the better answer, we’ll tell you.
Hosting, monitoring, updates, and ongoing development under one roof.

Stridely is a product we built from end to end. The interactive example above is a separate, fictional concept.

Stridely turns the steps Apple Health already counts into a daily game played with friends. We built the iPhone app, the secure backend, and the user accounts as one product, and it’s available on the App Store.
Stridely is our own product, not a client engagement. Screenshots show sample data.
It depends on scope, so we don’t publish fixed prices. Pricing typically has three parts: a one-time development fee, an optional monthly agreement for hosting, maintenance, and support, and separately quoted additional development. After a conversation about what you need, we give you a written scope and estimate.
It depends on what is being built. A focused internal tool is a very different project from a full platform with web and mobile apps. We break the work into stages you can see, and give you a realistic plan after discovery rather than a number up front.
No. Many projects connect to tools you already have, such as accounting software, payment processors, or email and calendars, subject to what each platform’s API allows. We only recommend replacing something when it genuinely makes sense for your business.
Yes. We build mobile apps that share a backend and a web dashboard, so the office and the field work from the same information. We define exactly what each app includes during discovery.
We stay involved. Most clients keep a monthly agreement covering agreed hosting, monitoring, updates, and support, and we scope new features as the business grows.
We’re based in northern New Jersey and work in person with businesses across Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris, and Hudson counties and the New York City area. We also work with teams remotely across the United States.
Just a description of how things work today and what is frustrating. Bring the spreadsheets, the apps you juggle, and the workarounds. You don’t need technical language or a finished spec. The first conversation is not a commitment.
Describe how things work today and where it hurts. We’ll tell you honestly what we’d build, connect, or leave alone.
A person on our team reviews your request, not an auto-responder.
Expect a reply within one business day to set up a conversation.
After we understand the problem, we outline what we’d build and how it would be priced.
