Where disconnected accounting costs you time.
Most integration projects start with one of these.
The same customer typed in twice
A customer is created in your CRM or job system, then re-entered in QuickBooks by hand, with typos and duplicates along the way.
Invoices rebuilt from scratch
Someone looks up what was sold or completed and recreates it as an invoice, which delays billing and invites mistakes.
Payment status nobody can see
The office, the field, and the customer all ask whether an invoice was paid, and the answer lives only in accounting.
Month-end reconciliation by hand
Reports from two or three systems have to be lined up before anyone trusts the numbers.
A CRM that does not know about money
Sales sees deals, accounting sees invoices, and nobody sees a single customer record with both.
Tools that will not connect on their own
The software you rely on has no ready-made connector, or the connector does not match how you work.
Integrations shaped around how you bill.
One focused connection is a good place to start. Add more when it pays off.
QuickBooks Online integration
Customers, invoices, and payment status moving between QuickBooks Online and your other systems, mapped to your process.
CRM to accounting sync
A won deal or approved estimate becomes a customer and an invoice in QuickBooks, without re-entry.
Automated invoicing workflows
Create, review, and send invoices from completed jobs, milestones, or approvals, with a review step where you want one.
Payment status back to your team
Paid, open, and overdue invoices visible in your CRM or portal, so the office stops asking accounting.
Custom API integrations
Connect other tools you already use, such as Monday.com, payment processors, or scheduling and field software, subject to each platform’s API.
Reporting across systems
One dashboard that combines pipeline, work in progress, and billing, based on your own data.
One custom layer between the tools you already use.
A simplified, illustrative diagram. The exact systems and data depend on your business.
A careful process, because it touches your books.
Your accountant stays in control. We build in review steps and logs.
1 · Map
We walk through how a customer, a job, and an invoice move through your business today, and where people re-enter data.
2 · Design
We decide what syncs, in which direction, when, and what happens when something does not match. You approve the field mapping.
3 · Build
We build and test against a QuickBooks sandbox first, with error handling and a log of everything that syncs.
4 · Launch
We connect to your live company file with your approval, run it alongside your current process, and check the results with you.
5 · Support
We monitor the connection and fix or adjust it as QuickBooks, your tools, or your process change.
Sometimes you do not need custom work.
If an existing connector or a simple setting already solves your problem, we will say so. Custom integration makes sense when your process does not fit a ready-made tool, when several systems must stay in sync, or when manual re-entry is costing real time. We start with one problem and build only what your business needs.

Frequently asked questions
What can you connect to QuickBooks?
Most commonly a CRM or custom business app, a job or order system, a customer portal, a payment processor, or a spreadsheet process. We connect through QuickBooks Online’s official API, so what is possible depends on what that API allows. We confirm exactly what is feasible during the first conversation.
Is this a QuickBooks app I install?
Usually not. Most of our work is a custom connection between QuickBooks and the other systems you run, built around your process: which customers sync, when an invoice is created, which fields map where. If an off-the-shelf connector already does the job, we will tell you.
Do you work with QuickBooks Desktop?
Our work centers on QuickBooks Online, which has a modern web API. If you use QuickBooks Desktop, tell us and we will tell you honestly what is practical, including whether moving to Online makes sense.
Will you change my books or chart of accounts?
No. We read from and write to the records you approve, such as customers, invoices, and payments, and we build in review steps where you want them. Your bookkeeper or accountant stays in control of your accounting.
How long does an integration take?
A focused integration is a much smaller project than a full platform. We give you a realistic plan after we understand which systems are involved, what data moves, and how errors should be handled.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we don’t publish fixed prices. After a conversation we give you a written scope and estimate. A small, well-defined integration is often a practical place to start.
Are you affiliated with Intuit?
No. WeWebWorks is an independent software development company. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Intuit.
Tell us what you want to connect.
Describe the tools involved and where the double entry happens. We’ll tell you honestly what we would build, connect, or leave alone.
