Custom iPhone & Android apps for your business.

Apps for your field team, your customers, and your office, connected to the same system as everything else, so nobody retypes anything. Built around how your people really work.

What people use them for

Eight kinds of apps we can build.

Not a menu. Most real projects are a mix. We’ll scope what your business needs.

Employee field-service apps

Technicians see their jobs, customer details, and instructions, and update status from the site.

Job management apps

Assign, track, and close out work orders from a phone, with the office seeing changes live.

Photo documentation apps

Capture before-and-after photos, attach them to the job, and keep them organized and searchable.

Customer self-service apps

Customers request service, check progress, see documents, and message you.

Appointment & scheduling apps

Book, confirm, and reschedule visits with reminders for both sides.

Internal company apps

Forms, checklists, time off, announcements: the paperwork your team does every week.

Consumer-facing mobile apps

An app for your own customers or members, branded to your business.

Apps connected to your CRM

A mobile front end for the CRM or system you already use, or one we build with you.

One backend, every screen

The app is one piece of a connected system.

We build mobile apps on a shared backend with a web dashboard, so the field, the office, and your customers all see the same information.

Integrations are examples and depend on each platform’s API and your requirements.

Native capabilities

Phones can do a lot. We use what your workflow needs.

A phone has a camera, location, notifications, and secure sign-in built in. Whether your app uses them is a design decision, not a default.

  • Camera and photo capture, with photos attached to the right job or record
  • Push notifications for new assignments, status changes, and reminders
  • Secure authentication and role-based permissions
  • Location services, only with appropriate permissions and a clear reason
  • Offline functionality, when your workflow needs it and it’s scoped
  • App Store and Google Play distribution, or private distribution for internal apps

Not every project includes every capability. Each one adds design, build, and testing work, so we include what earns its place.

Choosing the right approach

Native, cross-platform, or a progressive web app?

We’ll recommend the simplest option that does the job. Here’s how we think about it.

Native iPhone and Android

Best device integration and feel. Two codebases to build and maintain, so it usually costs more. Worth it when you need deep device features.

Cross-platform

One codebase for both phones. A practical middle ground for many business apps, with a few limits on the most specialized device features.

Progressive web app

Installs from the browser, no app store. Often the most economical way to get a useful mobile tool, with limits on notifications and device access.

App Store & Google Play

We get your app in front of your people.

Publishing involves developer accounts, store listings, screenshots, privacy details, and review. We handle the work and walk you through the parts that are yours.

  • Set up Apple and Google developer accounts, ideally under your business’s name
  • Prepare listings, screenshots, and privacy information
  • Submit for review and respond to reviewer questions
  • Update the app as iOS and Android evolve

Store approval and timing are decided by Apple and Google. We can’t guarantee either.

Frequently asked questions

Mobile app questions, answered plainly.

Can you build both iPhone and Android apps?

Yes. Depending on your needs, that can be two native apps, one cross-platform app, or a progressive web app. We recommend whichever gives you what you need at a sensible cost, and we explain the trade-offs in plain English.

Do I need a native app, or will a web app do?

Often a web app or PWA is enough. If you need deeper device features, such as reliable background notifications, camera workflows, or offline use, or if you want to be in the App Store and Google Play, native or cross-platform makes more sense. We’ll tell you honestly which side of that line your project falls on.

Can the app work offline?

Sometimes. Offline use adds design and testing work because data has to sync safely when the connection returns, so we only build it when your workflow needs it and it’s scoped up front.

Will the app connect to our CRM, QuickBooks, or other tools?

Usually the app connects to a shared backend, and that backend connects to the other tools, subject to what each platform’s API allows. We confirm what’s possible during discovery.

Who owns the app, and whose developer account is it published under?

We generally recommend publishing under your own Apple and Google developer accounts so the app belongs to your business. We walk you through setting them up.

Will Apple and Google approve my app?

We design and prepare apps to meet store guidelines, but approval is up to Apple and Google, and we can’t guarantee it or the timing.

How much does a custom mobile app cost?

It depends on scope: screens, user roles, integrations, and whether you need iPhone, Android, or both. We scope it in discovery and give you a project estimate: a one-time development fee, plus an optional monthly management agreement. See how pricing works.
