Pricing built around your project, not a package.
Every custom software project starts with discovery and scoping. Here’s how pricing is structured so there are no surprises.
What you pay for, and when.
Development fee
Covers design, development, integrations, testing, and implementation of the scope we agree on after discovery.
Management agreement
Covers agreed hosting, maintenance, monitoring, updates, and support for your system. We define exactly what’s included in writing.
Additional development
New features and major scope changes are quoted separately, so you stay in control of cost.
Discovery comes first.
We scope the project with you before quoting, so the estimate reflects what you actually need.
- No generic template pricing
- A scoped estimate after discovery
- Clear separation between build cost and ongoing support
- No unlimited-support promises. Support scope is written into your agreement
Pricing questions
Why don’t you publish fixed prices?
Every project depends on scope, users, integrations, and complexity. Fixed packages would either overcharge simple projects or underdeliver on complex ones. Discovery lets us give you an estimate you can trust.
Is the monthly agreement required?
It’s optional but recommended, since software needs hosting, monitoring, updates, and support to stay reliable. We outline exactly what’s covered in your agreement.
What affects the cost of a project?
Number of user roles, amount of functionality, integrations, data migration, mobile requirements, and how much design is needed.
What if I want to add features later?
New features and major scope changes are quoted separately, so you decide what to build and when.
Ready for a clear estimate?
Bring the spreadsheets, the five apps, the workarounds. We’ll listen, ask a lot of questions, and tell you honestly what we’d build, connect, or leave alone.
