Move your data without losing your history.

Years of customer records, jobs, and files shouldn’t get left behind when you change systems. We move it carefully, test it, and keep your systems in sync after.

Careful and tested

Your data is the hard part. We treat it that way.

Spreadsheets, old databases, and exports from other tools are messy. We map it, clean it with you, and test the import before anything goes live.

  • Import from spreadsheets, exports, and old databases
  • Map your fields to the new system together
  • Test imports before cutover, so you can check the results
  • Keep systems in sync after launch, where it makes sense
What we handle

From messy spreadsheet to working system.

Scope depends on the source systems and how clean the data is.

Audit

We look at what you have, what’s duplicated, and what’s missing.

Mapping

We decide, with you, where each piece of data belongs.

Clean-up

We fix or flag duplicates and inconsistent records, with your sign-off.

Test & cutover

We run trial imports, you review, and we cut over on an agreed date.

Ongoing sync

Where two systems must stay aligned, we build a sync that runs on its own.

Access & backups

We handle your data under agreed permissions, with backups as part of hosting and management.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Can you import our existing spreadsheets?

Almost always. We review the files first and tell you what clean-up they need.

Will anything get lost?

We test imports and have you verify the results before cutover, and we keep your original files untouched. We can’t promise perfection with very messy source data, but we’ll tell you what we find.

What’s the difference between migration and synchronization?

Migration is a one-time move. Synchronization keeps two live systems matching over time. Many projects use both.
